In their platform, teams can record operations and easily share, track and execute their strategies. It also provides a 360 degree view of the team and business journeys in order to drive alignment and remove information silos.
Startups and global enterprises worldwide rely on Uniply for guiding and executing their businesses in a unified system. More than 100k+ assets and 10k+ intelligence moments have been tracked through the platform.

Since 2015 we’ve been working together with Uniply on custom software products. Their co-founder Carlos Ramón is a serial entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience growing businesses and being an advisor for others.
The first product we built together was launched in May 2020 and since then we’ve worked on frequent iterations, adding features and increasing the platform's value according to users' needs.
In 2022 we decided to overhaul the platform's look and feel, as well as in the way it works. That led us to organize a Discovery process to understand the product we wanted to build and later dedicate our design and development efforts based on the insights we got from it.

Discovery Phase: How to enhance user value to maximize product adoption?
During the Discovery phase we went through recently, the main question we wanted to answer was: how can we enhance user value to maximize product adoption? To find the best solution, our Design team conducted a series of user interviews to come up with empathy maps and define the existing problems.
Based on the conclusions, we moved forward with wireframing and testing options with active users, which led us to iterate mockups and later work on the re-design and development of the new app's version. It includes new user paths and more automated processes for adding info and tracking actions.
How it works
Journeys
Users set a business journey they want to track. The journey includes all of the steps and the expected outcome and timeline.
Assets
Then, users define the assets that will go over the journey. The tool is 100% customizable to different teams and roles.
Report
Each step in a journey has a different weight and, as assets advance in the path, users can track their accomplishments and how far or distant they are from the goal.
Dashboard
The platform gives an overall view of different journeys and assets in a user-friendly, widget-based dashboard. It also alerts users when things are not advancing on time and suggests improvements.

Supporting the growth of disruptive businesses
It’s been an interesting challenge to bring to life a digital product that should be easy to access and be understood by different professionals, across backgrounds and hierarchy. An important part of this overhaul was to give users the possibility to customize the platform according to their needs and brands. Also, we came up with a dashboard where users can comprehend their teams and businesses' big picture context using user-friendly, easy to set up widgets.
Before, users had a hard time navigating through the enormous amount of information in the platform. Now, they can find the most important info for them in a simple way and make more efficient, data-driven decisions.
The new app's version is already being adopted by a few clients, such as Veriforce, a supply chain risk management business.
