Episode 19: How we've improved Octobot's onboarding process
In this episode we receive two colleagues who have been with us previously on the podcast: Flo Manganelli, UX Designer, and Maia Saps, People Care & Culture. They both work here at Octobot and on this occasion we talk about the new onboarding process we are implementing in the company. We talk about how we have been working and improving this process for some time now in order to give new employees a better welcome and make it more useful for them. We also talk about why the onboarding is important, what were those changes we introduced, tips for its implementation in other companies, among other super interesting things.
