Product Design

Software design that meets your users needs and achieves business goals

Transforming people’s digital experiences is not an easy task

A common mistake when building a product is to go directly to development, which can have fatal consequences such as increased costs, stretched timelines, and even launching a product no one will use.

As a software design company, we have a proven UX/UI process to build products users love, without losing sight of the business goals and time to market. Our human-centered design approach for both UX and visual design strategies puts your customers at the heart of the design process, resulting in a product that they will return to again and again.

The process

Empathize

Our first step is to understand the product idea in depth. During the inception phase, we’ll conduct research to develop a deep knowledge of the users and the business in order to validate and align expectations. This will guide us to create an appealing, successful user experience.

Define

Moving forward, we’ll reflect on all of the research gathered and generate insights on what problems users face. Then, we’ll start to organize and prioritize functionalities in a solid, scalable structure, ensuring navigation is as simple as possible.

Ideate

Now we get creative! The team brainstorms how our solution should look and behave in order to truly meet user needs. Our goal is to gather input for the UX/UI design iterations that will follow.

Prototype

To be able to visualize what the product will look like and get early feedback from users and stakeholders, it’s important to build real representations of the product. During rapid cycles of build-measure-learn, we’ll evolve our designs.

Test

The best way to kickstart the development process with confidence is to test the prototype with real users to detect errors and iterate to find the best possible solutions.

Implement

Once the UX and visual aspects are validated, we’ll organize all the reusable interface components in a collaborative Design System so the frontend development can start, while developers set up the backend.

During project implementation, designers and software engineers collaborate to build a product that inspires users to download, engage and share.
