Octobot’s Year-end Review
As we approach the end of 2023, Octobot proudly reflects on a year of remarkable accomplishments. Over this year, we developed thousands of lines of code, wireframes, screens, and user flows. We also shared our learning stories in 22 blog posts and 26 podcast episodes. Despite the challenges, our dedication to excellence has never wavered. This year, we experienced a phenomenal 40% growth in our team and experienced the difficult task of selecting only a few star applicants from a pool of numerous applicants.
Our impact extends beyond numbers; after earning two new Great Place to Work recognitions, our commitment to cultivating a positive work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration remains strong. Alongside professional achievements, we also make time for team-building adventures that strengthen our bonds and fuel collective success.
As we say goodbye to 2023, we celebrate not only the numerical milestones, but also the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and growth that defines Octobot. This year was not just a chapter in our story, but a testament to the resilience and determination that drives us forward.
